All sales of digital downloads at Paperhus are final.

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a download has been accessed or initiated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in accordance with Article 16(m), which applies to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where delivery has begun with your prior consent.

Technical issues If you experience a technical problem with your file (e.g. corrupted download or unable to access your file), please contact us at hello@paperhus.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement file where possible.

What you receive All files are for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of our digital files is not permitted.
